Privacy Policy
Christian Life Radio Station
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Christian Life Radio Station (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit https://christianlifers.com, use our mobile application available through the Apple App Store or Google Play, listen to our live audio stream, or communicate with us. Together, these are our “Services.”
Information You Provide
You do not need to create an account to listen to our live audio stream through the mobile app.
When you voluntarily contact us, leave a website comment, or use another available form, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, and message.
Please include only information necessary for your request. Avoid submitting sensitive information about yourself or another person unless it is necessary and you have permission to share it.
Information Processed When You Use Our Services
Our website, mobile app, and the providers supporting them may process technical information needed to deliver content, maintain security, and troubleshoot problems. Depending on the service and its configuration, this may include:
- Your IP address and connection information.
- Browser, operating system, device type, and app version.
- Dates and times of access, requested pages, and streaming connection activity.
- Error reports and diagnostic information.
We use information covered by this policy to provide our Services, respond to communications, maintain reliability, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Any additional purposes, including advertising or marketing analytics, must be described in this policy before that processing occurs.
Mobile App Permissions and Local Storage
The mobile app uses an internet connection to play our live audio stream. Your mobile carrier’s data charges may apply.
Where a feature requires device permission, you can manage that permission through your device’s settings. Disabling a permission may affect the related feature.
You can stop using the app by closing or uninstalling it. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete information already retained by us or our service providers.
Website Comments, Accounts, and Uploaded Media
If you leave a website comment, we collect the information shown in the comment form, your IP address, and browser information to help detect spam.
An encoded version of your email address, called a hash, may be sent to Gravatar to determine whether you use that service. After approval of your comment, your profile image may appear publicly alongside it. See Gravatar’s privacy policy.
If website registration is available and you register, we store the information in your profile. You can view and edit your profile information, subject to website limitations such as restrictions on changing usernames. Website administrators can also access and edit this information. If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.
These website account features are separate from the mobile app, which does not require an account to listen.
If you upload images for public display, remove embedded location information first. Other visitors may be able to download images and extract that information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies to support available features and remember preferences:
- If you choose to save your details when commenting, those cookies last one year.
- A temporary login-page cookie checks whether your browser accepts cookies and is removed when you close your browser.
- Login cookies normally last two days. Selecting “Remember Me” extends the login to two weeks. Logging out removes login cookies.
- Screen preference cookies last one year.
- An article-editing cookie records the relevant post identifier and expires after one day.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features.
Embedded content and streaming services may use additional cookies or similar technologies. Where required, we obtain consent before using nonessential technologies.
Streaming, Donations, and Other Providers
We use outside providers to help deliver our Services. Live365 develops our mobile app and provides our live audio streaming service. Our website also links to Square for donations.
When you listen through our website or mobile app, Live365 processes information needed to establish the connection and deliver the audio stream. The information processed through these Services is described in Section 2.
When you donate through Square, the payment information you submit is handled through Square’s service. We may receive donation details needed to acknowledge your contribution and maintain our records.
We limit access by providers acting on our behalf to the information needed for their services and require appropriate protection of that information. Information processed on our behalf is subject to the retention requirements described in Section 8.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to valid legal process, to protect people or the security of our Services, or when you direct or authorize us to do so.
Embedded Content and External Links
Our Services may include embedded videos, audio players, social media content, and links to other websites.
Embedded content may collect information, use cookies, and measure your interactions as though you visited the provider’s website directly. This may include associating activity with an account you have with that provider.
External services have their own privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing information.
How Long We Retain Information
We retain personal information collected through our website and mobile app for no longer than 60 days from the date of collection, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
This period applies to contact messages, website comments and associated metadata, profile information, streaming logs, and app diagnostic information, where collected. After 60 days, we delete or permanently de-identify the information and require service providers processing it on our behalf to do the same, including copies in backups.
Information that must be retained longer to meet legal obligations is kept only for the required period and is then deleted or permanently de-identified.
You may request deletion before the end of the 60-day period by contacting christianliferadiostation@gmail.com, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. If you have a website account or have left comments, you may also request an export of your personal information.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of information, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.
Send requests to christianliferadiostation@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Explain your request and how you interacted with our Services. We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting information.
We respond within applicable legal time limits. We may retain information where necessary to satisfy legal obligations, prevent fraud, address security matters, or establish or defend legal claims. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the applicable reason.
The mobile app does not require a listener account, so there is no listener account to delete. You may still request deletion of personal information associated with your use of our Services.
Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and mobile app are general-audience services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without any consent required by applicable law.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact christianliferadiostation@gmail.com. We will investigate and promptly delete information collected without legally required consent.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services or practices change. We will post the revised policy on our website and update the effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before implementing a change.
